Come down to our scrapyard in New Haven, and let us show you how to separate it and make more money! All electrical wire has different copper content. Wire is bought based its copper percentage and should be sorted accordingly.  Extension cords run 38% copper, while THHN can run 75% copper. If you are not sorting your wire, you’re giving money to the scrapyard.
